I’m back! The annual family get together in Ireland did not disappoint. It is always a weekend of love, wall to wall laughter, music, a little taking of alcohol, a lot of mickey taking, swimming in the ocean, tractor fairs (never again!) and just having the wildest time. I may need another holiday to recover but I’m the meantime you can find me in the shop this week from 10-4 until Friday and 10-5 Saturday.

I’m away spending time with my family in Ireland this weekend and so the shop is closed until Wednesday. However, you can still find most of the furniture on my website and if you need to take a look at an item in person my fantastic shop neighbour has my shop keys to let you in to check on colours, measurements, all that sort of stuff!
Anyway, today’s highlighted item is this very sweet little table with a green painted base and stripped pine top. It’s a great size for a kitchen or even as a desk. Have a great weekend x

Just a reminder that the shop is closed now until next Wednesday. The website is always available and if you have any queries then drop me a message, I’ll get back to you but it might be a bit slower than usual! Anyway this ‘pair’ of bedside cabinets can be found in the shop window display as well as online. They’re obviously not a matching pair but who wants matchy matchy anyway! Both have a drawer above a cabinet with a single shelf and both have a working lock and key.

I’ve actually managed to link my social media back to my website! I know that’s likely to be the simplest of tech tasks for most people but I can assure you it has me baffled beyond belief. It’s been a while but I’m back,well briefly! The shop is open tomorrow 10-5 and next Tuesday and Wednesday 10-4. After that I’m away on the annual family gathering in Ireland 🇮🇪, but fear not I’ll be back, a bit worst for wear on Wednesday 5th August! Sorry for the erratic shop hours recently, there’s been a lot of ‘life’ stuff going on and I really appreciate your patience and support but once I’ve had a little break on the Emerald Isle normal service will resume. Have a great weekend ❤️

So sorry to anyone who has visited the shop this week and found it closed. For the next two weeks the shop will be open on a Saturday only between 10-5. I’m currently dealing with a family emergency which has taken me away from Nailsworth. I can still be contacted on social media, or you can call the shop and it will come through to my mobile, please leave a message and I’ll get back to you. Also, the website is still operating as usual and I’m getting orders sent out for delivery. Thank you and apologies for anyone inconvenienced.

Another chest of drawers that arrived in the shop last week. Antique pine with three graduated drawers which are really roomy. This chest of drawers is taller than most and so the drawers are nice and deep. All drawers run smoothly and all have the original handles. This chest can be seen in the shop as well as on the website.
