Hi everyone! This is me 😊

To those of you who have recently followed my page and to those who have known me for years, thank you for supporting me.

I’m Jessica, and I’m starting to offer my own alterations service. I have had a passion for sewing for a long time and am finally getting round to doing something about it!

I am juggling my current job as a swimming teacher and also studying a HND in Fashion Design, in London. I am still learning so I greatly appreciate your patience and support.

As BBC’s Designing the Hebrides has just won a BAFTA, I thought it would be only fitting to share with you all how amazing it was to have the opportunity to work with Banjo on the show last year.

I transformed the most beautiful handmade tablecloth into a pair of bespoke matching blinds for the skylights.

I also upcycled some very old sacks into a pair of curtains that look perfect with the rest of Banjo’s transformation of the new gin bar at Sgriob Ruadh farm on the Isle of Mull.

What an amazing opportunity for me and a huge achievement for Banjo and his team!
