So, you might have noticed we’ve been a bit quiet, here’s why....
Behind the scenes, Third Eye was facing a trademark challenge that became a much bigger test than we ever expected.
It wasn’t just a legal process — it was a period that forced us to slow everything down and take a hard look at the future of the brand. Securing the trademark across both the UK and Europe took time, focus, and resources, and during that period we made the decision to pause so we could give it our full attention.
To be completely honest, it was a major blow.
Financially, it was tough. Emotionally, it was even tougher. There were moments where we genuinely questioned whether continuing with the brand was the right thing to do at all.
But we kept going.
We fought because we believe in Third Eye — and because doing things properly matters to us. Building a brand isn’t always smooth or glamorous, and sometimes the hardest part is simply choosing not to walk away when things get difficult.
We’re proud to say the process was successful. The trademark is now secured across the UK and Europe, and the future of the brand is protected.
Throughout it all, Third Eye continued to operate as a registered limited company in England and Wales, and we remain ICO registered. Even in the hardest moments, it was important to us that the business continued to run properly, transparently, and in line with regulations.
Now, we’re ready to move forward again.
We’re starting with a limited release of beanies as a way to mark our return and say thank you to everyone who stuck with us. New designs are already in the works, including t-shirts, hoodies, and more, and we’re excited to begin sharing what’s next.
As we step into the new year, we want to say a genuine thank you for the patience, support, and belief you’ve shown along the way. This chapter wasn’t easy - but it’s made the foundation stronger.
