✨ Final week of our Trousers Workshop! ✂️

Tonight we completed the final stages—waistband, hemming, hook & eye fastening, and the final press.

After five weeks of hard work, from pattern drafting to construction, everyone's efforts have paid off. I'm so proud of what my learners have achieved. Every pair of trousers has turned out beautifully—what a fantastic finish! ❤️👏

A lovely private Mums & Daughters Cushion Cover Workshop yesterday! 💕
Everyone made a beautiful cushion cover to take home. Although inserting the concealed zip was a bit of a challenge, they all did a fantastic job and finished with gorgeous handmade cushions to be proud of.🧵✨

We covered fabric cutting, inserting a concealed zip, and using an overlocker. Everyone left with a beautifully finished cushion cover—well done all! 💛

Week 3 of our Trousers Workshop! 👖✂️
This week we completed the front pockets, overlocked all the raw edges, and got halfway through the zip insertion. Not bad at all, especially considering the hot temperatures in the studio! ☀️🥵
Well done, everyone! You all worked really hard despite the heat. I can't wait to see your finished trousers next week.

🧵✨ A lovely afternoon at our Get to Know Your Sewing Machine workshop!
Our beginners learned how to set up their machines, wind a bobbin, practise basic stitches, and made their very first scrunchie. 🎀 Well done everyone! 💛
