This is Idris enjoying Ryde sea-front after taking part in the junior parkrun at the start of June, and Idris wins a little goody bag of useful running items :-)

Sorry everyone, Simon's surgery has now been moved to 7am on Friday (in PORTSMOUTH) which means a complete change of plans. We are now closing at 2pm tomorrow (Thursday 21st), and hope to reopen as usual from next Tuesday 26th.
