Today I’m closing the doors on Manao.
I’ve attached a video which explains why I am making this decision.
What started as a small idea during one of the hardest mental health periods of my life became something far bigger than I ever imagined.
From just £5,000 in savings, we never took outside investment, to a multi six-figure year brand with the most amazing community. Seeing the difference we made in people’s live will stay with me forever.
From cold water swims alone to a community of people choosing growth.
From a robe… to a movement around becoming your Best Self.
We worked with incredible athletes. Raised money for charities close to our hearts. Connected with everyday people who just wanted to get outside and live better.
I gave this brand my soul.
Every win.
Every loss.
Every 5am.
Every risk.
And although this chapter ends here, what Manao stood for doesn’t. Growth. Resilience. Standards. Becoming who you’re capable of becoming.
Thank you to every single person who supported, bought, shared, messaged, believed. Truly. To every athlete, model, supporter and customer, you were all part of what we created.
You were part of something real.
From my family to yours, I’ll never be able to express the gratitude I have for you all for allowing me to create this brand, to fix myself mentally, and to meet so many amazing people.
