We need friendly, happy baby bank angels to operate the Blushbaby Bank in Queen Street, Newton Abbot.

We don’t just look for people to do jobs, we look for people who want a real stake in owning our projects and bringing their personality and ideas to our community.

Apart from helping in the baby bank and boutique, you might also have ideas for connecting with other local groups, doing social media posts, fundraising or linking parents to other local services.

Whether you are retired, in between jobs, exploring new careers and training, or just wanting to fill a little time to make new friends - and if you can only give a little or a lot - we’d love to hear from you.

🍰👑Today we’re looking for bake queens (& kings!) 👑🍰

On Saturday 20th June, Orsino Lounge are holding a bake sale for Wellbeing in Action. We want to rally bakers to create their most flamboyant fairy cakes, their sassiest sponges and luscious lemon drizzle, to create the the longest, most lip smacking bake table ever seen in Newton Abbot!

You need to drop your cakey-bakey brilliance to either the Hello Karma Store, 91 Queen Street (near Costcutter) or direct to the Orsino Lounge on Friday 19th June.

PLEASE: NO NUT INGREDIENTS OR DECOR DUE TO ALLERGIES

All proceeds support our work with local people facing distress and sadness.

We’re also holding a raffle to win a decorated celebration cake or cupcake tower worth £60 for an event of your choice (voucher to be used within the next 12 months) Tickets £2 each available at the Hello Karma Store or at the bake sale on Sat 20th

11 week course for recovery after domestic abuse and moving forward.

For women who’ve experienced domestic abuse and still feeling stuck and needing help to move on.
