As of Tuesday 30th November it will be mandatory to wear face masks/coverings in shops and on public transport.

So our staff will be following this law and continue to wear face masks/coverings and will be asking all customers who enter without one to put one on.

Unless medically excempt all customers have to legally wear a face mask /covering while shopping with us.

We ask that customers respect our staff and remember you can shop online with us if this is an issue for you.

It's been a busy week here at Siddalls Norwich with lots of customer getting prepared for this cold weather that is upon us!!!

Its been lovely to see and help all of you 😊

It's turned into another washed out afternoon!! But do not fear!!

We have just had a delivery of previously sold out The Healthy Back Bag Company bags that are out on the shop floor and window looking amazing!!

Our AW21 stock is nearly all in with lots of gore-tex and other waterproofing options available to help keep those feet dry and warm!!

Plus our big SS21 sale is still on!! Getting down to last few sizes and selling out fast!!

Have all arrived in our last delivery!!

Return policy reminder to all our lovely customers:

Our return policy for full price items are with in 28 days for a full return or exchange. With proof of purchase. These items MUST be unworn and in perfect condition with the original packaging for resale.

Sale items are also within 28 days for a exchange or credit note which is open ended. With proof of purchase. These items MUST also be unworn and in perfect condition with the original packaging for resale.

We do NOT keep our boxes. If you ask not to have the box and then try to return the pair of shoes this is a breach in our returns policy and you will be refused a refund of any form.

If you wear your shoes outside then change your mind and bring them back for a return this is also a breach in our returns policy and you will be refused a refund too.

Our return policy is printed for all to read on the top of the till. As well as printed on all receipts when purchasing items from us. If your unsure of anything please ask our lovely staff members before you make your final purchase.

Our staff are more than happy to help but can also refuse service to anyone. So please respect them. They can only advise customers and is not their fault if you break the returns policy.
