Running this weekend? Watch this first.

The forecast is looking warm across Norfolk, so a little preparation can make a big difference to how your run feels.

A few simple essentials we recommend:

🧢 A lightweight, breathable running cap. Wet it before you head out to help keep your head cool.

💧 A soft flask with water or electrolytes. Staying hydrated can make those miles feel much more manageable.

🕶️ Goodr sunglasses. Not just for comfort, but to stop you squinting into the sun throughout your run.

🧴 And perhaps the most important one of all… sunscreen. We don’t sell it, but we do recommend it. Protecting your skin is every bit as important as protecting your feet.

Whatever your plans this weekend, take it easy, listen to your body and enjoy your running.

Good luck, Dominic! 👊

Dominic Palmer popped into Sportlink looking for a versatile running shoe to support a couple of runs each week, with plenty of 5Ks and 10Ks on the horizon.

After chatting through his training and goals, he left with the Saucony Azura – a lightweight, responsive shoe that’s just as happy picking up the pace as it is cruising through everyday miles.

This weekend he’s heading to King’s Lynn parkrun, where he’ll be chasing a new PB. 🏃

CONAC athlete Arthur Blyth recently visited Sportlink with his mum to pick up a new pair of shoes, taking advantage of our adidas Boston 13 offer at just £80.
