Planning ahead for your next kit order? Here’s what to expect.

Our typical turnaround for most branded kit, teamwear and Club Shop orders is 10–14 working days, subject to stock availability.

During our busiest periods, this can increase to up to 21 working days, so we always recommend ordering early if you need your kit for a specific date.

Bespoke and custom-manufactured kit has different lead times depending on the range, from our own bespoke options through to Joma and adidas Locker Room. We’ll always confirm the exact lead time with you before anything is ordered.

Our fully managed Club Shops give your members a simple way to order their own kit and teamwear online.

They choose what they need, add any personalisation and pay directly through the shop. Our team then produces, checks, packs and dispatches the order.

That means no collecting sizes, chasing payments, sorting kit or organising distribution.

Clubs can also earn KitCoin through selected product markups and use the balance towards future kit, equipment and other club purchases.
