One to Cherish Her aim is to support the relationships between children and their caregivers using all the key principals of international tried and tested methodologies.

Liz wants children and families to feel supported in those important early years and developed workshops to support parents in their very important role as being the first teachers for their children. Liz is an International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), and an experienced breastfeeding mentor along with developing and running the only programme

in the area supporting Parents-to-be, adopters and fosters carers in the care of their newly arrived baby. "I am a firm believer of the unique relationships between children and their parents/caregivers. There are occasions when relationships are difficult to build, I strive to offer services to children and families enhance this unique relationship allowing the enjoyment for parent and child, enriching each other's lives and therefore enriching the wider community and ultimately the world."
