🌟 RISING STAR 2026 AWARD WINNER – HELEN, Incredibabies 🌟
We are so excited to celebrate Helen from Incredibabies, our well-deserved Rising Star 2026 Award winner! 🏆
Helen’s journey is exactly what this award is all about. Incredibabies began from a brave idea, a love of teaching and a desire to create something different for Nottingham’s babies, toddlers and their families.
After 12 years as a primary school teacher, becoming a mum to Hettie gave Helen a new perspective. She had experienced first-hand just how valuable baby classes could be — not only for a child’s development, but for a new parent finding their feet, building friendships and creating their own little community.
Rather than simply joining an existing franchise, Helen took a leap of faith and created something completely her own.
📚 Incredibabies puts books and stories at the heart of every session, combining Helen’s teaching experience and knowledge of child development with sensory play, songs, signs and creative activities.

And in just over a year, she has achieved so much.
✨ Started her first classes in Arnold in June 2025
✨ Expanded into a second venue in Hucknall within six months
✨ Welcomed 150+ different families
✨ Built a loyal following, with families returning term after term
✨ Has 10+ original families from her very first classes still attending
✨ Created her own welcome song, sensory resources and products
✨ Supported local nurseries, schools and charitable initiatives
✨ Built positive relationships and collaborations with other local baby and toddler providers
✨ Continued to look for new ways to make her knowledge and resources accessible to families

But what really stood out to us was Helen herself.

She is creative, thoughtful, passionate and incredibly committed to the families she works with. She brings the warmth and encouragement of an amazing teacher, but with the courage of someone willing to step outside what she already knew and build something new.

Helen, we are so proud to have watched you find your place within the Nottingham baby and toddler community and to see what you have created in such a short time.

18th & 19th July 2026 marks the last ever Splendour Festival, and we’re incredibly proud that Little Splendours Kids Area gets to be part of this amazing chapter one final time.

And this year... we’re going out with a bang! 💥

(Whisper it... I think our line-up might even be bigger than the Main Stage! 😉)

Immersive sensory art installations combining traditional crafts with interactive technology to spark imagination, creativity and curiosity for all ages.

A magical, sensory-friendly musical adventure designed especially for children.

A beautiful creative space where children can colour, imagine, relax and let their creativity run wild.

🎉 NBT Fest is TOMORROW! 🎉

We can’t wait to welcome you and your family! 💛 Here are some of our most frequently asked questions before the big day...
📅 When is it? Saturday 4th July 2026

⏰ Opening times? 10:00am – 3:00pm - you can come and go as you please!

📍 Where? Outdoors at Jamie Brough Pavilion, Kenbrook Road, Hucknall, NG15 8HR
The venue is well served by local bus routes and the tram network. The venue is around a 20 minute walk from Hucknall Tram Stop and Hucknall Railway Station.

🎟 Do I need a ticket? Yes – tickets are FREE and can be booked online or on the gate.

🚗 Is parking available? Yes! We have venue car parking and overflow parking on the adjacent field.

🍕 Will food and drinks be available? Absolutely! Enjoy a fantastic selection of hot food, pizzas, sweet treats, snacks, barista coffee and cold drinks from our food vendors.

♿ Is the event accessible? Yes! The event is designed to be family-friendly and accessible, with accessible toilets, baby changing and feeding facilities available inside the pavilion.

🤫 Is there a quiet space? Yes, we’ll have quieter areas available if you or your little one need a break from the excitement.

👶 Can I bring older or younger siblings? Of course! NBT Fest is for the whole family.

🪑 Can we bring picnic blankets or chairs? Yes! We’d love you to bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs and relax while enjoying the entertainment.

⛺ Can I bring a gazebo or tent? Sorry, no gazebos or large tents. Small pop-up sun shelters for little ones are welcome.

🐶 Can I bring my dog? Only assistance dogs are permitted.

💳 Can I pay by card?
Most vendors will accept card payments, but bringing a little cash is always a good idea just in case.

💛 Our volunteers will be on hand to welcome you and help you find your way once you arrive.
