Here at Get Crooked we are all about making garments to empower and feel fabulous because life is too short to be a wall flower, honey, and you deserve to feel great in what you wear. A lot goes into making every item here at Get Crooked: sourcing, pattern drafting, grading, sampling, cutting, manufacturing, finishing, and photography. All of this is done in our rainbow studio in the heart of Nottingham.

✨ THAT’S A WRAP! ✨

Two festivals. Countless conversations. Hundreds of colourful outfits. A whole lot of dancing, laughing and very little sleep... 💛

We’ve officially showered, unpacked the vans and put our feet up... well, for five minutes. 😅

What a magical couple of weekends it’s been.

To everyone who came to visit the stall, supported the Get Crooked Collective, bought something handmade, had a chat, gave us a hug, complimented our outfits or simply stopped by to say hello... thank you!

Your support means absolutely everything to us. 💖

This year was a huge leap for the brand. For the very first time, we opened our stall doors to other independent makers, and honestly... we couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of humans to share the journey with.

What a beautiful festival family! We laughed together, cheered each other on, shared snacks, shared customers, shared stories and somehow made it all work.

Of course, there are things we’d do differently next time round. We’ve learnt loads along the way, tweaked things as we went and come away with plenty of ideas for the future.

But for a first go? We’d call that a pretty magical success. 🌈

To every maker who trusted us enough to be part of the Get Crooked Collective - thank you! We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re already excited to see where this little adventure takes us next.

We’re heading back to the studio with very full hearts, a few sore limbs and approximately half the glitter we left with... ✨

BIG LOVE... WHERE YOU AT?! 🌈✨

This year we’re doing things a little differently...

Over the years at Get Crooked we’ve often filled our stall with all sorts of extra festival goodies to pad it out a bit. You know the drill - the buy-in bandwagon.

But if we’re honest... it never really sat right with us.

As a small business, we spend every day trying to make beautiful things that are built to last, made locally, and have as little impact on the planet as possible. So filling our stall with products that didn’t reflect those values always felt a bit at odds with what we’re all about.

So this year we’ve decided to shake things up... and honestly, we couldn’t be more excited.

Introducing... The Get Crooked Collective! 🎉

Instead of filling our shelves with more stuff, we’ve invited some incredibly talented fellow makers along for the ride. It means we get to support other small creative businesses, showcase even more amazing handmade work, and bring loads of fresh energy to the stall. Everybody wins. 💛

This year you’ll find...

✨ – the funkiest, jazziest headwear you’ve ever laid eyes on. Festival crowns? Sorted.

💖 – playful jewellery, hair clips and colourful accessories to finish off your festival fit.
