sessions, with a 'no pressure' approach.

No pressure to sing, no pressure to interact. Just come along, relax and bond with your little one in our rooms.

Explore the lights and sensory resources, and if you want a chat or to meet new people, there's other parents there to do so 💜

We know how daunting it can be for some attending a baby class for the first time. Our rooms are designed to give you a safe space to go when you just want to get out of the house with your new baby, whilst supporting your babies development and boosting your own mental health.

💜Sensory rooms are proven to lift mood and also support with PND- so they're also great for adults!

⏰ 2 time slots.
🗓️ Choice of 5 days.

🔴Mondays: Mansfield.

Our 0-5’s sessions start back this TUESDAY 1st September 🧒🏾 👶🏻 👧🏻

💚We run baby and toddler sessions for 0-5’s every other Tuesdays⏰10.30-11.30 ⏰ at Sutton, 🩷 perfect if you have a baby & toddler to entertain or for friends with little ones at different ages.

❤️Pay As You Go. £7 (sibling price £2.50). No block booking required. (Bookings will close this Sunday so I can compile my register).

🧡Unstructured & parent led, lasting for a full hour, among lights and a wide range of sensory resources

💛Come on your own or bring someone with you (2 adults can attend with little one at no extra cost)

💚There is plenty of parking on site

🩵Spaces are limited to 12 little ones so pre-booking is recommended! (Link in bio)

Last week I did this little poll on stories, I saved these images as I felt it was a nice reminder that we are all in this together! ✨️🩷

The worry of feeling a certain way and feeling like you are the only one going through this can be enough to put us off trying new things.

This little poll showed that the majority of parents attending any baby groups are going alone! And more than half of those attending feel nervous about doing so!...You could be sitting in a room full of people who are feeling exactly the same💜

While our sessions are relaxed, and there is no pressure to interact with others, I hope the results of this poll bring a little comfort in knowing you are not alone in feeling this way.

A little hello to the person sitting beside you could be the start of a new friendship or even just enough to brighten up someone's day! ✨️ 👋

🫶I know how hard it is plucking up courage to go to baby groups and how anxious you can feel in those early weeks and months🫶

👩‍👦Back when my son was younger, I was that nervous mum who put off going to groups, then when I finally talked myself into going somewhere I wondered if my son will scream the place down. Will I get there on time? Will he fall asleep? Will I remember to take everything? Will I get the chance to chat to other parents? So many things going through your head and you’ve not even left the house yet. No wonder it’s exhausting being a parent😅

💫I hope that when you come to our sessions it takes away those initial worries and maybe you could even chat to some new parents! I’ll always be there to greet you at the door and walk you through to the glow room. I wanted a calming space for you, so you don’t feel like you have to perform, or turn up precisely when the session starts because you’ll miss something (because we all know getting out of the house on time with babies is hard), a space where you can just be you and go with the flow💫

I think you need to know that there are more girls like you than you will ever know. There are more girls without a group, without a village, without a giant team of supporters.

There are more girls who feel alone, who feel left out, who feel excluded from the bunch.

There are more girls who think something must be wrong with them because they can’t seem to keep a friendship going for longer than two seconds.

There are more girls who haven’t been on a girls trip, or even a girls night in quite some time.

There are more girls who scroll Instagram and wonder why they weren’t invited…again.

There are more girls who feel like they don’t quite fit the mould, who can’t seem to squeeze their way inside the circle. There are more girls who feel awkward when it comes to socialising, who feel stressed out about meeting new people, who feel like they are going to completely pass out and turn to goo if they have to slap on a mask and put on a performance to fit in one more time.

You aren’t alone, and I think you need to know that.

But you also need to know that there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s nothing missing from you. There’s nothing you were born without.

Sometimes people are just lucky, and they find the right people and it all just clicks, but if it hasn’t happened for you that way, I just wanted to lift you up.

You don’t fake it. You don’t pretend. You don’t play the small talk game. You don’t need approval. You don’t need acceptance.

You’re independent. You’re different. You’re real.

Keep being real.
Keep being honest.
Keep refusing to play the game of giving in to who you really are just to fit in.

Most of all, keep your eyes open for good friends and trusting they’re out there.

After all, there are more girls like you than you will never know, and when you do find them, it’s gonna be amazing.

Genuine people attract genuine people. Sometimes it just takes a little longer than we’d like.

🌈Today is National Rainbow Baby Day. Remembering those precious babies we lost 💔

Today we're celebrating our special rainbows, knowing that whilst a rainbow baby brings light, it by no means replaces the angel babies 💖💙

And if you’re still waiting for your rainbow baby, then we're sending you love and strength today🫶

👶🏻👶🏻I had 2 miscarriages and thought I’d never become a mum, I still remember the times I was told I’d lost my pregnancies and the horrible times I went through after during the grieving process, and whilst pregnant with my rainbow baby I was anxious it was going to happen again. My successful pregnancy was not a joyous time sadly, it was often filled with worry.
