We are open this Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday Monday, 29th, 30th, and 31st August, from approximately 11 am to 3 pm. Our indoor layouts Ruddington, Sodor, and Millhouse Lane will be operating, and our second hand sales cabinet will be available on request. If we have enough volunteers, we will run our outside loops.
Entry to the Model Railway clubrooms is free, but we welcome cash and contactless donations.
Also, Saturday and Sunday are the last chances to buy tickets for our Flying Scotsman Raffle, to win a Hornby Flying Scotsman set. Tickets are £2 each - if you buy a book of 5, you'll get a free RMRC key ring. We'll be drawing the raffle Sunday afternoon.
The GCR(N) will be running trains down to Loughborough.
The Emporium will be open, selling books and railwayana. The Nottingham Society Of Model And Experimental Engineers Ltd will be running their miniature railway on Sunday and Monday.
Entrance to the NTHC Ruddington - Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre is free, but there is a £3 charge for parking (administered through RingGo). Tickets must be purchased for rides on the main and miniature railways.

The Autumn Model Railway Exhibition featuring Deepcar!

Come along on 19 & 20 September, when over 400 sq. ft. will be covered by the wonderful exhibition running throughout the site.

We will be opening our café so you can pop in and get all the refreshments you need to fuel your day of fun-filled train, transportation and more!

Whilst entry for kids is free to travel on the big heritage steam train, you can pre-book on our website for just £1 for kids and £23 for adults
