Memory items are such a pleasure to make. So much so because I know that everything going in to it is treasured by the family who asked me to make it. Here is a rough guide on prices and sizes, with the required amount of clothing. Don't worry if you don't have enough though. I can fill out your blanket with matching/coordinating fabrics, or even create a 'checkered' effect. Pillow- 14in square- requires up to 5 items - £15 (includes pad) Bear- 33cm - requires up tp 5 items - £25 Blanket / Crib - c. 65-70cm square – requires up to 20 items of clothing - £30 Throw / Cot – c. 100cm square – requires up to 25 items of clothing – £50 Large Throw / Cot Bed - c. 100cm x 140cm – requires up to 30 items of clothing - £75 Single - c 140cm x 200cm – requires up to 50 items of clothing - £115 Any whole, unused clothes are always returned with your finished item. If you wish to have scraps returned please discuss, this affects the weight of returned parcels and therefore pricing, a small fee may be incurred to accommodate this. Personalisation A name or word appliqued onto the front of the quilt is included in the price above. Prices include a range of backing materials, or stuffing and the hours put in to create your beautiful blanket/toy. Disclaimer: My keepsake memory bears are NOT designed or intended for use as a toy as they are decorative keepsakes. In view of the individual and bespoke composition of each bear they cannot be CE approved and accordingly do not comply with any toy safety guidelines and are not deemed safe for use as a toy by Law. They are not designed or intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age. I make each keepsake memory bear with utmost care and attention with a home sewing machine and finish all detailing such as appliqué and buttons by hand. A mixture of fabrics (supplied by yourself) are used including clothes, fabrics, blankets. Each keepsake is stuffed with CE safety approved stuffing (for flammability and cleanliness) and safety eyes are used. Keepsake Makes does not accept any liability for the misuse of these decorative items.
