Hi Everyone 🤗
I hope you are all well, as most of you will have noticed I have been pretty absent from social media for some time now….

Last year in particular was a really tough one for me and some of you will know of or may have seen from my status change that very sadly Lota and I separated last year. We are still amicable though which is great for us and of course the children!

So basically Im on a personal journey now to refind myself and as part of that I’m working hard on getting myself healthier and fitter again as this has really slipped in recent years!

To help myself with this part of rebuilding myself…. Im doing something BIG and a little bit CRAZY! 😳

I will be joining some of my colleagues where I work to climb the 3 peaks (the 3 highest mountains in the UK) 😬 in April in support of the Samaritans!

However…. I am currently at my least fittest I’ve been for many years! 😱 so have a very tough journey ahead to be prepared … but I’m determined to do it, so guess what my New Years resolution was! 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 🏔

I’ve made a start on getting my muscles working again over the past few weeks - but gosh do I know how much I’ve got to do before April to be ready!!

So if you can help by sharing my message and if you can donate a little towards our challenge in support of the Samaritans, a charity that helps so many who struggle with Mental Health it would really would mean so so much….
2023 was such a challenging year for me personally so I’m looking forward to the challenges that 2024 will bring… including the 3 peaks! And your support to help me stay committed to my training and ultimately reach those peaks would mean the world!

I think the Facebook algorithms must have changed again because my posts are not being seen by many people at all and have not been for some time 🙁

If a post gets some interaction then it gets pushed into more peoples news feeds, this then has a knock on effect and makes a page more visible.

Please help me to make my page become more visible again. I’m just a little business trying to survive and the support from my friends, followers and all my past and present customers really does mean so much and makes such a difference 🥰
