- I finish every piece to my own excellent standards and would never send out an order that i wouldn't be thrilled to receive myself.
- I believe that customer service is just as important as the product and have an excellent reputation for providing a great service.
- Every order is carefully and securely packed and is sent by First Class post or standard international.
- Dispatch time depends on what has been ordered and can take a little longer during busy periods such as Halloween and Christmas. I will always give a quote for dispatch time and in the majority of instances your order will be sent earlier.
- UK law gives consumers the right to return goods as sold and unused within 14 working days of receipt. In the case of a return please do contact me first for details. This policy does not include custom work. I'm very easy going and approachable so do feel free to contact me with any queries :)
