Another fab Littlelights Dance & Movement session! 😃

We finished our holiday and travel theme today and even boarded a plane with our own flight tickets! The children were very excited to find out their destination! ✈️

Fun simple dances, ribbons, scarves and bubbles! 🫧

The face massage strokes have many benefits including help with sleep, teething and congestion.

The benefits for back stroke are it is comforting and relaxing for baby, it helps prepare them for a peaceful sleep and it also helps babies core muscle strength and posture when responding with the galant reflex.

Tomorrow is International Tiger Day! 🐅

Messy play is suitable for babies aged 9 months - 5 years! Bring along an older sibling under 8 for an additional charge of £2.
