New cushions completed! This customer chose Sunbury Design Apex- Mascarpone for his heard 28 built by . All cusions are patterned and cut to size in-house in contract 33/190 5'' foams. All cushion also have red and green tags highlighting port and starboard for easy fitting 😀.

Another project complete on Shoo Shoo. She’s just had a major refit by Falmouth Boat Co. including new teak decks and she’s looking stunning!

We were given the task to design and manufacture new custom made Stack-Pack Sail covers which included full length zips to attach our existing deck awnings. Made in Sauleda Fabrics PU coated acrylic canvas ‘Cloud White’.

We also designed and made a complete sponson cover for the 3.4m SeaPro Inflatables tender. With velcro storage pockets for the oars, custom embroidery and intricate cuts around handles and valves, this was a complicated build! Made in Sauleda Fabrics PU coated acrylic canvas ‘Quartz’ supplied by

This week we have had the pleasure of having Jack in the loft for his work experience.

He has definitely had a varied week including working on upholstery, removing a UV strip from a Genoa, fitting sails and helping pattern dodgers on a Lifeboat!

Most importantly he has made himself a holdall from start to finish! We’re all really proud of him and how hard he’s worked!

Ps. He also makes a great cuppa! ☕️

What a weekend so far, we welcome back the Turn to Starboard (T2S) T2S Full Circle Expedition crews with a proper sing song at pendennis castle with The Oggymen then racing with SY Voluta in the sporting her new sails made in clipper canvas made by heathcoats fabrics all, we achieved a very respectful 2nd place 🥈 Superb sailing with lovely people.
