This is how I fully renew the soles on Fly London boots. The worn sole is ground down, 10mm is removed in order to get down to a sound base.
Any lower worn areas are repaired, then the whole sole is levelled. The chosen material is cut out and both surfaces are coated with a primer. Then adhesive. These are then heated up to a certain temperature and pressed on. Finished neatly and retaining the correct balance and feel the boots should have. Send your required repairs to me. Is there a Mrs Knight from the Penwith area that people may know. She collected a pair of Moshulu boots a few weeks back but they are not hers. They are another customers, and are a size different but the same style boots.
