Morning, why you should visit George Street. Last Sunday The Sunday Times published a list of the top spots for independent retailers. Researchers used a formula assessing the proportion, diversity, longevity and the quality of independents. The top ten locations span across Britain. George Street came in at no 10. Hello there, I am rubbish at anything involving a needle and thread but if I was any good at it I would probably enjoy using this vintage Cath Kidston sewing box from 2010. There's a box with a selection of embroidery threads and a needlepoint book with some lovely patterns in it. Sewing box £22, box of threads £10 and the book is £8.
