"Every time I slip into the ocean, it's like going home." - Sylvia Earle.
My first dive back was wonderful, with a nudibranch, octopus (x3!), Trigger fish and loooots of fish everywhere that swam right up to us. It's hard (impossible?) to go diving without finding rubbish floating around but it was refreshing to see the abundance of fish in the Berlengas natural reserve 💙

Two years ago I had just completed my first year at uni and was doing a fundraiser for , collecting rubbish from the ocean, beaches and rivers in Devon and Cornwall. I can't believe how time flies! Only take what you need, share what you have and don't waste nature's valuable resources. I've been lucky to spend a lot of time with some of my closest friends the last few weeks, taking a break after a challenging final year at university and recharging my batteries, ready for the move to Portugal. Sadly I won't have any time to make any board bag covers before I leave but thank you to everyone in England that bought one! The support has been incredible and every order out a massive smile on my face! I'll continue making them in Portugal once I've settled in ☺️
Until then, hopefully there'll be some more underwater or surf photos coming up here.

I'm grateful for all the waterwomen I have in my life. My time in the UK is slowly coming to an end and I want to soak up every moment I can with the amazing ladies (and men) I've met here.
