✨ Tots Take Over Recommendation ✨

Looking for something a little different for the little ones?

We recently visited Splash Castle and Harper had an absolute blast! Think giant inflatable slides, bouncy castles and water fun all set within a shallow splash pool. 💦

Perfect for little ones aged around 2–6 years, with weekend and school holiday sessions available. At just £9 per child (including booking fee), it’s fantastic value too.

There’s a picnic area on-site, food available to purchase, and it’s right by Corfe Castle, making it easy to turn into a full day out. Head into Corfe afterwards and you’ll find plenty of lovely cafés, pubs and places to explore.

They also host children’s parties, which is well worth knowing about because if you’re anything like me, coming up with party ideas can be a challenge in itself! 🎉

Definitely one we’d recommend if you’re looking for something a little different.

We never set out to be the cheapest toddler group.

We set out to create something different.

A beautifully curated morning where mums feel excited to get out of the house, enjoy quality time with their little ones, connect with like-minded parents, and leave with a full cup (and a full camera roll too!).

Yes, our events cost more than a standard toddler group. But when you look at everything that’s included, we think you’ll agree they’re incredible value for money.

Today I popped into one of Holiday Company’s beautiful properties to collect a travel cot from a recent guest and catch up with Stephanie ahead of another family’s arrival in a few weeks.

This particular booking requires two wooden cots to be delivered, assembled and set up before the guests arrive, and being able to visit the property beforehand means we can plan everything properly. We know exactly where the cots are going, what access is like, and can ensure everything is ready for a seamless arrival.

It sounds simple, but it’s something that’s often overlooked.

One of the things I love about working with holiday home agencies like is that we work together to take the hassle out of travelling with little ones. No last-minute surprises, no trying to work out where furniture will fit, no guests arriving to a pile of equipment needing assembly.

Just a home-from-home setup, ready and waiting for their arrival.

It’s all part of the service and one of the reasons we love supporting holiday accommodation providers across Dorset. 🤍

✨ We absolutely LOVE hosting at The Cowshed Dorset ✨

One of the very first venues we ever hosted at with Bumps, Babies & Brunch, and now we’re so excited to be bringing our very first Tots Take Over there too.

If you’ve ever visited, you’ll already know why we’re obsessed. The food is incredible, the staff are amazing, the setting is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and effortlessly cool.

What makes The Cowshed extra special is that we take over the entire barn, but it still feels intimate enough to create those genuine connections with other mums whilst enjoying a truly gorgeous morning together.

And let’s talk about the food… 😍

Unlike some of our larger events, guests can choose from selected options on The Cowshed’s main menu, freshly prepared on the day.

☕ Mums enjoy a barista-style coffee, hot drink, iced drink or freshly pressed juice, plus a delicious brunch from the menu.

🍓 Tots will enjoy a selection of fruit, yoghurt, pastries and toast.

Natalie will be sharing a short, practical tutorial on creating that glowy mum-on-the-go look for when you have limited time, limited hands, and still want to feel like you’ve made a little effort and feel like the best version of you.

Our Wild Beauty Edition will also include bug and wild beauty-inspired play, sensory fun and music with , a delicious brunch, treats for the tots, gorgeous goodie bags and some epic raffle prizes.
