Shoulder straps lifted
Bust cups added
Delicate lace added to the cleavage area for extra coverage
Bustle added to lift the train

This beautiful wedding dress required extensive alterations to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette. ✨

Alterations included:
🪡Removing the train and reshaping the skirt into a beautiful ball gown.
🪡Creating a corset back for the perfect fit.
🪡Taking in the bust for improved support and shaping
🪡 Made-to-order sleeves created and added to this wedding dress

🪡Light pink dress – shortened to the perfect length and the straps adjusted.

🪡Dark pink dress – taken in at the centre back, with the lace loops carefully re-stitched to restore the beautiful finish.

A few of the many prom dresses I’ve altered this year ✨👗
Each one required different alterations: hems shortened, bodices taken in, straps adjusted, and more. It’s been such a wonderful and busy prom season, and I’m so grateful to have helped so many young ladies feel confident and beautiful on their special night. 💕🪡

Two beautiful wedding dresses have been collected this weekend. Both were taken in at the side seams and shortened. One had the cups reduced, while the other had modified lace added to the hem, buttons attached from top to bottom, sequins added for decoration, bustle lifted and a veil made to match.
