Hello lovely people! We are still here (just realised my last grid post was August 11th!!!). I always tend to go quieter in August whilst the girls are off. It’s never easy balancing a small business and motherhood at this time.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes planning for the next seasons as well as adding pieces to the sale section.

I feel like this year has been HARD due to the warm weather starting so early and way before we’d released our summer collection. Because of this I imagine many would have bought summer pieces much earlier this year meaning we missed that boat a little.

Our Autumn collection with be a lot smaller in terms of quantities in stock due to the cost but we are bringing back more non clothing items; perfect for gifting and a couple of pre order nighties. Our raincoats are also being made with a new addition to the design!

It’s certainly a challenging time for small businesses with the popularity of vinted, shein & Temu BUT we’ll keep trying to bring you beautiful pieces for as long as we can.

Owning a small business is HARD! Particularly a children’s clothing shop where you really do rely on your own children to help with the content. Some days it’s just an absolute no from them and others you capture beautiful moments like this.

I try not to push it and instead try and capture natural moments on days out or where we play dress up and potter in the garden!

Ophelia is luckily still in her dress phase but I am already sad for the days where she’s like her sister and it’s leggings and T-shirts daily 😭
