It’s that time again when we are getting customers coming into store who have purchased a car seat online or from another retailer and are asking to use our installation and fit check services.

If you did not purchase your seat through us, this is a chargeable service of £30 per seat.

Why buy your car seat from a specialist retailer?

When you purchase your car seat from us, you’re not just buying a product – you’re investing in expert advice, professional fitting, ongoing support and complete peace of mind.

✔ Expert guidance to ensure you choose the right seat for your child, vehicle and lifestyle
✔ Professional installation by trained staff
✔ Demonstration on how to use your seat safely and correctly
✔ Ongoing fit checks as your child grows
✔ Support should you change vehicle or need assistance in the future
✔ Help with manufacturer warranties and aftercare

When you buy online, you receive a box. When you buy from a specialist retailer, you receive knowledge, experience and support for the entire journey.

We are always happy to help, but please understand that our team’s expertise, time and training are valuable, which is why fitting and safety checks for seats not purchased through Baby B are charged at £30 per seat.

This training has helped our newest team members build a strong understanding of the importance of car seat safety and the principles behind keeping little ones safe on every journey.
