**IMPORTANT**

Due to Royal Mail strikes we have major delays on parcels from the 28th November.

The postal strikes are causing huge problems for small businesses like ours across the UK, costing small businesses and individuals lots of money and time that we cannot afford in what should be our busy Christmas period.

Businesses are doing their best to assist customers with delayed orders however, the backlog is worse than anyone could have imagined. For example, some Royal Mail 24 shipments have taken over 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking numbers do not work. Royal Mail systems go down for hours on end. At this stage, the last posting dates offered by Royal Mail (16th December) do not look realistic and we are grateful to have already dispatched every order to date.

Once an order has been dispatched there is very little any business can do - it is not feasible to issue endless replacements in the hope they will arrive sooner.

We hoped that there wouldn't be any more strikes before Christmas, but there are again today (14th), 15th, 23rd, 24th December.

This means as of today our website and online marketplaces will be put on holiday until after the New Year.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and the delays in your postal service, however these are out of our control.
