We are delighted to welcome The SongBirds, three talented vocalists known for their beautiful harmonies and engaging performances, accompanied by piano, guitar and percussion. Their varied programme will include favoriteโ€™s from pop, jazz, musical theatre and more, creating an uplifting evening for all music lovers. This special concert is also a fantastic opportunity to support Greyfriars and enjoy a memorable night out with friends. Tickets are available through Greyfriars and Ticket Source. This every-second-month class with seasoned meditation and movement facilitators Jenny and Peter Legge starts, with a first class 17 October.

Each session offers an integrated and balanced exploration of a chosen topic of yoga philosophy and spirituality, providing proven techniques to achieve direct and individual experience rather than mere information or subject-matter.
Jenny and Peter offer a broad, inclusive approach free from dogma or the promotion of any single method, bringing over 30 years of experience to this field.

The atmosphere is relaxed, easy-going, yet focused. Enjoy gentle physical movement as preparation for meditation, deeply restorative guided relaxation, and an insightful themed talk. There is also time for a cuppa, questions and conversation. Whether you want to deepen your practice or are simply curious, this supportive space welcomes everyone.
