An important update from Stitch & Style ❤️
We want to sincerely apologise to the small number of customers who have recently experienced an issue with the quality of our DTF printing.
Thankfully, only a couple of known customers have been affected, and we have been able to identify the problem very quickly before it had the opportunity to affect more orders.
After investigating, we have discovered that a product supplied to us and used within our DTF production process has been changed. Unfortunately, this has affected the finished quality and durability of a small amount of our recent work.
Quite simply, the standard of the affected work has not been good enough — and that is not something we are prepared to accept.
We take enormous pride in everything that leaves Stitch & Style, and regardless of where the issue originated, we are responsible for the products we hand over to our customers.
We are currently working with our suppliers and carrying out further testing to establish exactly what has changed and to make absolutely sure the issue is completely resolved.
As a precaution, we have made the decision to temporarily pause all DTF production while these investigations and tests are completed. We would much rather stop production for a short period than risk sending out work that we cannot be completely confident in.
To the couple of customers who we know have been affected, we are genuinely sorry, and we will of course work with you to put things right.
And to all of our customers who continue to support and stand by our small business, thank you. Your patience, understanding and loyalty genuinely mean so much to us. ❤️
We caught this quickly, and DTF production will resume as soon as we are completely satisfied that the quality is back to the high standard our customers expect — and that we expect from ourselves.
