I always endeavour to post your items within 5-7 working days, although at busy times this may not always be possible but will be advised at the t

ime of ordering. Refunds & Exchanges
You have the right to a 14 day 'cooling off' period whereby you can return the item (except any personalised items)
This starts from the time the item arrives with you. Once the item is returned to myself (at your cost) i will refund the cost of the item, or send a replacement if requested (please contact via email if any problems should arise [email protected])
This return time does not apply to any custom made or personalised items. Custom orders & personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a fault. All items are thoroughly checked before leaving my hands
