📚 School Uniform Ordering Reminder

A kind reminder to all our customers ordering school uniform:

👕 Need to check sizing?
You are still very welcome to come in and try on uniform for sizing. However, due to the exceptionally high level of orders, all purchases must currently be made online. We are unable to process purchases directly in store at this time.

📦 Orders & back to school
Our team is working incredibly hard to get all orders prepared and ready for back to school. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this particularly busy period.

⏰ Please allow 7 working days
Our current expected lead time is 7 working days. Please only contact us to chase your order if it has gone beyond this timeframe, as responding to individual order queries can take valuable time away from preparing orders.

🏦 Bank Holiday Monday
Please note that we are CLOSED on Bank Holiday Monday and will reopen as normal afterwards.

As a small, family-run business, we genuinely care about providing the best possible service to every customer.

This is an incredibly busy time of year for us, and our team is working as hard as we possibly can to keep up with demand, serve everyone as quickly as possible, and make sure you get what you need for the new school year.

We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We kindly ask that you please treat our staff with the same kindness and respect that you would expect for yourself. Our staff are doing their very best, and a little patience and kindness can make a huge difference during these busy periods.

We also want to say that we do see the comments and feedback posted on Facebook. If you have a concern, complaint or feel that something could have been handled better, please come directly to us and give us the opportunity to listen and put things right. We are always happy to discuss concerns privately and do our best to resolve them.

We are a small family business, and our staff work incredibly hard. We may not always get everything perfect, but we genuinely care and will always do our best to help.

Please be reminded that the Crew Neck style are for Years 5-6 only and the V-Neck style are for Years 7-11.

⭐️The new Polo Shirts will be available to purchase online from Monday 13th July, you can also try them on for sizing instore.

⭐️Sweatshirts are almost here! These will be available to order online at the end of the month. However we will have sizing samples to try if required from Monday 13th July.

⭐️Free collection is available throughout the summer.

⭐️Returns/ Exchanges available in store.

⭐️To guarantee you receive your order before back to school, please order by the 21st August.
