"I can't recommend Cream of Royston highly enough. I went in thinking I'd never find anything I liked, and I was quite unsure about some of the dresses the ladies suggested at first. Thankfully, I kept an open mind and trusted their expertise—and I'm so glad I did!
With over 50 years of experience, they really know how to dress people for special occasions. They took the time to understand what suited my shape and style, and after trying a few dresses, they found the perfect one—a beautiful 100% silk, floaty tiered dress that I would never have chosen myself. It looked and felt amazing.
What really impressed me was the level of service. They spent far longer with me than expected to make sure I was completely happy. They also helped me choose the perfect shoes, bag and fascinator, advising on colours and how everything should complement the outfit. They even have hats, fascinators, shoes, lingerie and accessories all under one roof.
From the outside, the shop doesn't look very big, but it's surprisingly spacious over two floors and has an incredible range of designer outfits and accessories that you simply won't find on the high street.
I'm a very fussy customer and probably not the easiest person to dress, but the ladies were so patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. I walked out feeling amazing—like Pretty Woman!
