UPDATE::
Due to coronavirus, there has been significant delay in the arrival of stock.
We are all affected in our own ways by these hard times and the division is rife. It's important to devote some time each day toward the practice of cultivating gratitude.
Focusing on one thing you are fortunate to have, or have received, can genuinely turn your mood around... or at least give it a nudge in the right direction!
No matter what your opinions and beliefs regarding the current tribulations, we can all agree that it's important to hold space for those who are struggling more than others, and to listen. Listen to those voicing their concerns, no matter what 'side' they bat for.
Remember to thank, and remember to love, and remember to hold space, for yourself and those around you!
