This year for the focus is on connecting with nature - something I am a massive believer in. Even if it’s just stepping outside for a breath of fresh air, or taking an extra 10 seconds to listen to the birds and take in the natural scenery around you - connecting with nature can help us to slow down, remember the beautiful things in life and reduce those cortisol (stress) levels. 🌱☀️🌻
