From trainee to designer 🎬
Weekend deep‑dive into my Canva portfolio — revisiting years of costume work from trainee days to full design credits. Found this gem of the fabulous Carla mid‑action on Corrie and remembered the chaos behind the scenes: doubles, stunt padding, continuity notes flying everywhere. So many versions of this costume, each telling its own story. 💛

What a glorious week we’ve had — gardening, art, water parks, baking and endless sunshine. As I head back into teaching for the last term, my trusty sidekick the Cookie Monster gets a whole extra week off… lucky thing.

What are we all up to this weekend? We’re most definitely outdoors while we can be — but this little throwback popped up from one of our Tate visits. Always a reminder that creativity finds its way, wherever we are 🖼️ and this is still my favourite sunshine track 🌞✨
