Today I have had two girls in store hiding from a large group of girls outside that were getting quite aggressive.
I let them stay at the tills, let CCTV know and eventually let the girls out a different way.

If your child needs assistance in any way, shape or form please let them know they can come in store and stay with me for as long as they need. I will inform CCTV to keep an eye out. If they need to leave a different way they can, they can stay or wait to be collected.

Bullying won't be tolerated.

Hello!

Just to remind everyone we are piercing all day every day!

There seems to be some misinformation floating around about our policies...

You may of heard if your child cries after one ear we won't pierce the other..

Well, this is wrong!

We can go ahead with the second ear once the child has calmed and agrees to go ahead with the second, which we are more than willing to wait and help with.

Don't hesitate to ask any questions via Facebook, phone or by popping in store 💕
