Reclaimed Pallet Wood Timber Cladding - Choice of Finishes

£18.50 - £23.50 per m2

Here at Lime Vintage, we believe these are some of the best quality pallet boards available. These boards go through a multi-step process before we are happy for them to leave. The boards are taken from scrap softwood timber pallets, cut into 1m lengths and kiln dried for a number of days to get the moisture content down to around 9-10%. This is the average humidity of a modern home so the boards should bot shrink, warp or twist once installed.

They are then de-nailed, width cut to exact 90mm which allows for a simple neat installation without gaps, and then lightly sanded on one side, and all edges prior to finishing.

The boards vary slightly in thickness from 16-18mm

The finishes available are as follows:

Unfinished £18.50 per m2 - No finish applied after sanding
Clear £21.50 per m2 - A coat of Black Bison Clear Wax and then hand polished
Antique £21.50 per m2 - A coat of Black Bison Antique Pine Wax and then hand polished
Grey Washed £23.50 per m2 - Application of a water based grey wash, dried and a coat of Black Bison Clear Wax applied and then hand polished
Antique Grey Washed £23.50 per m2- Application of a water based grey wash, dried and a coat of Black Bison Antique Pine Wax applied and then hand polished

1m2 packs are made up of 11no. boards 90mm x 1000mm

These are finished to order from stock dried timber so we would aim to dispatch within 5 working days from order
