It was an absolute pleasure to create these elegant hats for the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom, each designed to complement their chosen dresses.

Seeing the pictures of them worn and enjoyed on such a special day is wonderful! Thankyou Bev Clark and Diane Gorton for allowing me to play a small part in such an important occasion.

Yesterday’s straw hat with black bows that we posted pictures of was described by one follower as “a sun hat on steroids” .. I’ll take that as the ultimate compliment!

The lovely Liane from was so inspired by the hat that she sketched this wonderful outfit to go with it… and I think they are made for each other!
