This stunning fabric is from House of Scalamandré in their Chinoise Exotique fabric. This fabric was so lovely to work with. I made a matching trim in some corresponding fabric. At £260 per meter it definitely is an investment cushion. ❤️

The most lovely afternoon teaching a beginners sewing lesson to the lovely Sarah.
She started from scratch and made this beautiful linen striped cushion in one lesson!
She is now doing to purchase a new machine and carry on. 👏🏻

I'm not sure what designer designed this linen fabric but I know where I bought it from. It was on a gorgeous weekend away earlier this year with my old uni friends in Lincoln. They all patiently waited while I took ages choosing fabrics in a lovely fabric shop! I'm sure they were doing the same when we were at uni over 30 years ago!
