I hear it so much that’s babies hate tummy time, and I get it, mine did too.

JULY BABY YOGA at 11.30am is SOLD OUT.

But don’t worry, I’ve added an extra class at 10am starting on Wednesday 1st July for 4 weeks.

Great to help your little one roll (both ways), sit, crawl and helps with colic, sleep patterns and is lots of fun.

For babies aged 12 weeks - crawling.

You get tea, biscuits and chance to catch up or meet other mums in a relaxed environment.

Come and join our next baby led weaning workshop.

Find out all you need to know when dealing with the next stage of your baby's development, as they learn to eat solids.

This workshop will give you confidence to help your baby explore food with being scared of them choking, having reactions or not knowing what to do.

A relaxed casual session where you can bring baby along, held on Monday 6th July at 10am.

BABY GYM starts on Monday 8th June at 11.15am for a 4 week term.

I also have one space left on the Thursday baby gym at 10am.

Suitable for babies from 6 months - 13 months.

Each session lasts for an hour and we work on getting babies to sit, crawl, stand and walk whilst exploring.

Partly structured with welcome songs, warm up, and some moves, parachute and bubbles, to partly unstructured so you and baby can explore each station and equipment at your own pace.

Drinks and biscuits are provided.

BABY YOGA starts for another 4 week term on Wednesday 3rd June at 11.30am - 12.30pm.

Described by many mums as such an amazing fun class and the highlight of their week.

Help your baby develop and meet those key milestones with lots of fun moves. It’s yoga for babies and not you, although we do give babies a little swing and so I would be lying if I said it didn’t include some movement for you.

Some sensory play, chats with other parents over tea and biscuits and some great ideas for things to do with baby at home.

Suitable for babies from 12 weeks - crawling.
