As you all know the store suddenly closed its doors in August last year this was decision based on sadly my personal circumstances that had effected my ability mentally and physically to give the store the energy that it deserved . My staff and the close customers of the store know all the reasons and maybe even witnessed what was happening . My post received over 5,000 messages of well wishes which was beautiful but overwhelming in my then current state of mind for months I have and I am recovering and realising that I’m missing the community of the store so I’m reaching out to all of you for support to create a collective space with its walls so that the community can be together again . They will sadly never be a freshmans vintage store anymore but as I get better my ideas 💡 are flowing . The collective doesn’t have to be vintage sellers , I am looking for a collective which may include yoga , mindfulness and holistic treatments which I hadn’t have turned to I don’t think I would be writing this today . My personal situation has left me no choice in asking for support from you all so that I can make this happen . I never thought I would have had to do this to save the store and it’s taken me as many times to write this as it did when I would do a Saturday talk …and just so it’s noted any negative comments that may receive will only make it more obvious as to why I had to close …Thankyou for taking the time to read this if nobody steps forward . I will have to leave it in the hands of the landlords and the freshmans legacy will be lost forever so this is my only request of this nature and I will leave it to the universe to decide 🙏
