I’ve broached this subject in past talks, I’ve campaigned to get a blue plaque placed at the Marples site, I found the original plaque in a broom cupboard ( which is still displayed in Williams Electrical Shops for a short while longer) and now it’s time to tell the full story. At times harrowing, but a story that needs to be heard.

Deeply saddened to hear of the passing of a great guy and friend Peter Bolt. He joined me in a few of my history talks and told some fantastic stories.
My sincere condolences go out to Ann and family.
A true gentleman, who will be sadly missed.
