🤠YEEHAW, FITNESS FANS🤠 Team MCF had the best time at CrossFest this weekend, bringing the Wild West energy to the competition floor! Decked in our finest cowboy and cowgirl gear, we showed everyone that working out and having fun go hand in hand 🤩 From toes to bar, worm squats and ranch runs to a partner carry burpee over hay bale relay, the team gave it their all while rocking cowboy boots and hats!
