💔 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 💔
It is with a heavy & sad heart that I announce the closure of both our boutique and website.
As Primrose Hill passes its 13th anniversary, I’ve had to make some difficult decisions regarding the lease renewal of the boutique and the future direction of the business amid the current financial climate.
Over the past 24 months, rising business costs, significant decrease in footfall following the re-development of shifnal have led me to conclude that now is the best time to pause, reset, reflect, and chart a new course in the ever-evolving retail landscape.
Primrose Hill has been a remarkable success, and I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved since starting from scratch back in 2011.
We’ve always had the best customers, and I understand this news will bring disappointment.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has shopped with and supported us. Many of you have become friends, and it has been an honor and privilege to serve you throughout this incredible journey.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing customers, past and present. I am truly blessed to have worked with and served some of the best people, who have been integral to our success. Though we didn’t reach 14 years, it’s been an unforgettable ride!
We will be holding a closing down sale in-store from Thursday, July 11th (we will be closed on Wednesday, July 10th). All sales will be final with no returns.
We kindly request cash payments to avoid card transaction fees, though card payments will still be accepted. Gift cards purchased within the last 6 months will be honored in-store.
Unfortunately, due to distance selling regulations, we can no longer accept orders via our website effective immediately.
Who knows what the future holds? We might return, so please stay tuned!
