The beauty of the Snugglebundl, like all good ideas, is its simplicity. It was originally conceived and designed for parents or carers who had trouble bending or stooping to pick up, lay down or move their babies. In particular, mums who had undergone caesarean births or who had birthing complications resulting in restricted movement, and for parents or carers with back problems and disabled or wh

eelchairs users. But after much testing it became apparent that it was an incredibly useful and practical invention for anyone with a young baby, regardless of abilities. Grandparents and elderly carers especially loved it for its ease of use and safety. The Snugglebundl works in a similar way to a hammock, pulling up around the baby to support the head, neck and spine and the padded hood carefully protects the babies crown but without covering the head.The extra strength support handles mean that you can safely and securely lift and place down the infant with just one hand and without the need to support the back of the neck whilst doing so, making stooping or bending un-necessary. The Snugglebundl has been fully safety tested and crash tested and is classed as a garment. This means you can use it on the go from home, into car seat, into pram, into shopping trolley and back home and as an on the go nap wrap. The hood and side panels can be completely rolled back and the little tie on the side means there is no loose fabric.Additionally you can use it as a lay and play mat, use at baby massage or swimming classes and along with all its other awards it was also voted one of the top 5 Breast Feeding Covers. "Frankie is too little for naps at the moment and just sleeps when he wants but I am already using the wrap - I didn’t expect to be using it until we have some sort of ‘routine’ in a few months. I use it to soothe him, as soon as I put Frank in the wrap he goes quiet and shortly after falls asleep. I spend 90% of the time with him on my chest when he needs soothing but it’s nice to have an alternative that’s quick and easy when I don’t fancy being nap trapped! I also use it to get him and Ivy in the car. It was a bit of a nightmare trying to hold a newborn, support his head ETC and manage a toddler who just loves to run straight for the road. So now, I pop Frankie in the wrap and hold him in one hand, Ivys hand in the other - pop him in his car seat and then lift Ivy into hers and off we go. Stress free my friends! Stress free! Turns out watching endless episodes of Dragons Den was not only entertaining but useful - that’s how I found out about this magic wrap that saves me time and energy. 📸 I’d like to thank Frankie for modelling so beautifully.
