Chunky winter scarf

As the colder and darker nights roll in we start to think about digging deep in our cupboards and pulling out our old hats and scarves to keep us warm this winter!

This autumn 🍂 I’ve got my hook out to serve that purpose! This is one I’ve whipped up to share ( I’m sure my daughter will be pinching this as it’s straight off the hook )

I usually always go to my local yarn shop before using Amazon ect , but after my usual snoop around my local shopping precinct I found this beautiful colour yarn in my local pound stretcher , £6 each , the colours are bold and this is what attracted me to this yarn , it’s 12% wool and lovely to work with, I’m wanting to make a wearable with this project but I’m following no particular
Pattern and just going with the flow !

Not been on for a while, life gets in the way as we all know ! But this is my newest make ! Although I’m happy with the colour choice as it’s a personal piece that compliments the colour of my bedroom, I don’t think I’ll use this yarn again, I love that it’s totally recycled but I wouldn’t recommend using for a blanket either way I’m quite happy with the throw I made for my bed
