Sew Ponies have out grown their little tiny boutique and studio. These 3 rooms will be available after the 28th August. 🧵🪡Knife and Box Pleats (Mid-to-Late Era): As crinolines gave way to bustles and structured skirts, knife pleats and box pleats became ubiquitous. They were frequently used on the hems, flounces, and trains of skirts to add textural contrast, movement, and rich volume.
