Hello to our lovely followers! We hope you’re all keeping well as we move into the summer (and into another heatwave!). I just wanted to ask for your support in a matter that is very close to home.
Lots of small businesses, including ourselves, are facing unprecedented times at the moment - costs are rising, wholesalers are closing and things are changing rapidly with online business with the introduction of AI and other technology advances. We ourselves are facing a really tough period right now, so I wanted to ask all of you for help with the following:
- Reviews: if you’ve had a good experience with us, please leave us a positive review on Trust Pilot. Recently, we’ve only seem to be getting negative reviews from customers who haven’t been happy with our service, and often it’s things that could’ve been changed had the customer contacted us. If you’ve had a good time with us, please leave us a nice review; it really does mean the world and hopefully we can boost our Trustpilot score again (this hugely impacts our position on Google Ads).
- Personal Recommendations: If you’ve know someone who’d love our products, please let them know we’re here! Word of mouth recommendations are so very valuable.
In a world of AI generated captions, flyers, livechat bots and automated email responses we are a small business still trying to keep the same level of consistency and quality of service that we’ve upheld since 1972. To you, our customers, you are part of our family. Please help us to keep going!
