All prices of items are included with the photos that are posted on my page. If you order an item that has not been made previously then you will be provided with a quote and agree the price before

your order is processed. How can I pay? There are various ways in which you can pay at Pugs & Stitches. These include Paypal, Bank Transfer, Postal Orders and cash for local customers. We are also offering payment plans for orders over £20.00. All payment plans must have a 25% deposit
Deposit is non-refundable
Each payment plan will have a different deadline date, depending on the total price. You must complete the full payment by this date or your order will be cancelled. Orders will not commence until the complete payment has been processed. If you fail to complete payment by your deadline date, all previous payments except the deposit will be refunded

What is the Order Process? Thank you for your interest in ordering a product from Pugs & Stitches. We will then confirm details of the product, prices, delivery and waiting time for the order to be completed. Please note that on making a purchase from Pugs & Stitches you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page. Your Right to Cancel
Under the new regulations you, the consumer, have the right to cancel at any time from the date your order is placed, up to 14 days after your item has been received unless the order is a custom order. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the items please contact Pugs & Stitches as soon as possible

Delivery/Collection or Post
Pugs & Stitches are based at a home address in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. You are more than welcome to collect your items. Postage will also be available and will be dependant on weight and size or order. Please note all custom order will be sent recorded delivery. If you would like your items sent without recorded delivery to save on postage costs then please let us know when placing your order. Proof of postage is always obtained for your reference. Returns
Pugs & Stitches has a 14 day return policy. Please ensure you contact Pugs & Stitches if you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return an item and we will do our best to help. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods. Personalised/custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty. Your Legal Rights
When you buy from a business you have a number of rights as a consumer by law. These include the right to claim a refund/repair/replacement under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described. This included situations whereby the item has suffered accidental damage, misuse or the effects of reasonable wear and tear. It is the responsibility of Pugs & Stitches to ensure that we supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.
